Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • What currencies can i use?

Listed currencie you can use is: United States Dollar.

  • My discount code didn't work?

Firstly, check that you're entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certin category the discount may not be valid on this product. If it's still not working, please email us at vetementcc@gmail.com and our team will be able to advise you further.

  • Can i use more than one promotional code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

  • Experiencing problems paying?

Oh no! Please try an alternative payment method or contact us at vetementcc@gmail.com and one of our customer service representatives will help you as soon as they can!

 

Orders And Shipping

  • Can i make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can not make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a preordered item, shoot an email to vetementcc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

  • Why was i charged tax?

We actually unfortunately don't have control over the taxes that are charged - they are added in automatically and are subject to tax laws that are currently being updated.

  • Will i be charged right away when i place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.

  • How long will it take my order to get to me?

Orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks ,due to high demand.

  • How do i track my order? Where is my order confirmation?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, changes are its on its way.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are shipping just in the united states and it's totally FREE.

  • What can i do if my order is going to the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at vetementcc@gmail.com so we can attempt to contact the courier to return the parcel back for a refund.

  • What should i do if my order is missing?

If you have not received your order within the allotted delivery time frame, please notify us by email at vetementcc@gmail.com.

  • What do i do if i've received the wrong item?

If you've received the wrong item in your order, please contact us at vetementcc@gmail.com where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

Returns And Exchange

  • What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us at vetementcc@gmail.com for a full refund.Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

  • My item arrived damaged, what should i do?

Please send a pic to our Customer Experience team at vetementcc@gmail.com and include your order number so we can look into getting you a new one!

  • Can i get a refund if the price has changed since i ordered it?

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to trends, sales demand and other various reasons.This unfortunately mean that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

  • What should i do if my refund is incorrect?

  • I purchased a product and now it's in the sale, can i get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

 

Product & Stock

  • Do your phone cases offer full protection?

Our cases are designed as a accessory and while they protect against minor bumps and scratches, unfortunately these cases are indestructible and Livio Antoine does not warrant that any of our cases will protect your phone against all circumstances.

  • Can you tell me more information about your products?

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there's something more specific you'd like know please contact us at vetementcc@gmail.com

  • Why can't i find an item that i've seen advertised?

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn't always possible - if there is something you see advertised and it isn't in stock yet please feel free to email us for more information! We'll always try and help.

  • How can i find out if you'll be getting in more stock of a product i want?

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it's worth checking back as the site regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.

  • Do i need to set up an account to make an order?

No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you'll need is your contact and shipping information!

  • I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should i do?

Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or email you receive from us, alternatively email us at vetementcc@gmail.com and we can remove your information from our database completely.
