ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we can not make changes or cancel an order after it has been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a preordered item, shoot an email to vetementcc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

We unfortunately don't have control over the taxes that are charged - they are added in automatically and are subject to tax laws that are currently being updated.

Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don't store payment information for security purposes.

Orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks, due to high demand.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

Returns And Exchange

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact vetementcc@gmail.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 10 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All items must be returned in their original condition and the original Livio Antoine packaging.

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This, unfortunately, means that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

WATCH SPEC AND WARRANTY

We are using a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement, Japanese Seiko Movement, and the Reliable Automatic Liaocheng Movement. Read the description under every watch to know which movement is being used.

Our LA Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATMs. This means the watches are suitable for everyday use. Splash, rain, or hand-washing, but not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water-related work, and fishing

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal to make it more scratch-resistant, scoring 5 mohs on the hardness scale.

Livio Antoine has a limited warranty that covers the manufacturer's defects for one year after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear, and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

The battery of the quartz movement watches is SONY 377 SR626SW(1.55V).

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

We are using stainless steel type 304 in all of our watches, excluding the 316 Essence in which we used type 316 to produce.

Guess What!, your laptop, mobile phone, or your screen that you're reading from right now is made in China. we will tell you a little secret most of the swiss and Japanese watch factories are using parts produced in China, but don't tell anyone.

Ask us why we producing our watches in China? We will tell you why, firstly to offer our watches at a reasonable price and make it affordable to our clients, secondly the 3D printing processes in China are much more advanced than the rest of the world and that's why we are using the 3D printing process to produce our watch dials, thirdly, why not!, but does that mean that the quality of the watches bad? A BIG FAT NO! fortunately in China you can choose from different quality levels and that's what we did before manufacturing our watches. We chose the right quality level to maintain the right durability and the right price for our customers.
