REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted watch, please contact info@livioantoine.comas we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 10 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All watches must be returned in their original condition and the original Livio Antoine packaging.

Our apparel and jewelry products are made to order just for you, and many of them are personalized! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for items we fulfill, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team info@livioantoine.com, and provide a photo showing the issue.

Please send a pic to our Customer Experience team at info@livioantoine.comand include your order number, so we can look into getting you a new one!

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This, unfortunately, means that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.
